Since the launch of the ever popular standard scrub pads there has been a debate regarding their safety on more delicate surfaces like leather for example.
We are not going to get involved on either side of the debate but decided perhaps we should design a slightly different scrub pad to give customers the option of a safer option.

Now we didn't want to completely reinvent the wheel which is why from the image you will still see one side of these scrub pads still have the same slightly stiffer white bristles that are excellent for textured plastics, pedals, around the engine bay etc.

In comparison to the standard scrub pads that have a simple flat grey microfibre side, these scrub pads feature a deeper microfibre pile (slightly stiffer than a plush microfibre cloth but less so than the white bristles on the other side).  The gentler blue microfibre pile can be used on more sensitive surfaces without any issues.  If a deeper clean is required then you can always switch over to the stiffer white bristles!

Clean after use with APC under a tap or in a bucket of water, wring out and leave to air dry

Please note, these scrub pads have a thinner layer of internal foam than the standard scrub pads.  These are purely designed as a cleaning/scrub pads, not to absorb solution (although naturally as they are microfibre they will still absorb some).  We recommend that once you have scrubbed a surface clean to follow up with a clean microfibre to scoop up any liquid.

Christmas and New Year Posting Dates

We recommend ordering as early as possible for delivery before Christmas however we expect any orders placed before the 12pm cut-off on Friday 20th December to arrive before Christmas.  We do not guarantee delivery times and refunds will not be offered for orders that suffer courier delays.

See below shipping dates over Christmas and New Year.  Please note, 2nd January is a Scottish Bank Holiday so no orders will be shipped on this date.  Furthermore as we will effectively have almost 4 days worth of orders when we return on Friday, please allow a little extra time for orders placed over the New Year period to be shipped.

Postage, Packing and Insurance

• in2Detailing offers free Next Day Delivery for all orders over £60 within the UK Mainland.  Orders under £60 will be subject to a carriage charge unless otherwise specified.  Carriage options and prices will be displayed at checkout (please see below for more information on services offered).  Cut off for Mainland UK Next Working Day Delivery is 12pm (Monday to Friday).

• Our Next Working Day Delivery is applicable Monday to Friday with orders placed on Friday, or after the cut-off on Thursday, due to arrive on Monday.  Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be SHIPPED on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.  We do not currently offer a Saturday delivery option.

• Our Courier Delivery Service is NOT A GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.  Although couriers deliver over 95% of orders the next working day, we cannot guarantee every order will be received the Next Working Day.  Postal charge refunds will NOT be issued for delays caused by Couriers. 

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a 2 Day Delivery Service.  Please note - THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.  Royal Mail Tracked 24 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a Next Day Delivery Service, again, THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED

• Orders outside the UK, but within Europe, will be charged a flat rate of £20.00 per order.  WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT SHIPPING TO EUROPE.  Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

• Carriage to Northern Ireland is displayed at checkout and will vary depending of the weight of the order.

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed.

• Carriage cost for all delivery options includes insurance for loss or damage in transit.
