    Exfoli-Block 2.0 – Interchangeable Clay System

    Re-usable up to 50 times, our Exfoli-Block has interchangeable clay pads with varying grades.

    Replacing the need for traditional clay, our patented polymer clay is designed to be safe on even the softest of paints.

    The open cell foam interface absorbs wash solution, releasing it during the claying process. This prevents the panel from drying out, creating a safer claying process.

    This clay system comes complete with two interchangeable pads, Medium & Heavy.

    Medium – For general use, will remove light surface contaminants, tree sap & fall out.

    Heavy – For heavily contaminated surfaces, will remove tar, extensive fallout, waxes & sealants (not ceramic coatings) Ideal for lower sections, wheel barrels etc – Use with caution.

    Directions:

    1. The Exfoli-Block should only be used on clean, wet paint. Using a strong shampoo & water mix, submerge the block allowing the foam to absorb the solution.
    2. Starting with the glass, lightly glide the block over the surface in straight, overlapping lines.
    3. Return the block into the wash solution after every panel, rinsing the clay surface.
    4. Once the clayed area feels smooth to the touch, repeat the process on the whole vehicle.
    5. After completion, rinse & dry as normal.

     

    Lubrication is important, never use just water.

    Always bed the clay in on the glass first.

    Never allow the panel to dry out during use.

    Do not allow the system to come into contact with strong cleaners or high heat.

    Heavy clay will strip waxes & sealants. Use with caution.

    Christmas and New Year Posting Dates

    We recommend ordering as early as possible for delivery before Christmas however we expect any orders placed before the 12pm cut-off on Friday 20th December to arrive before Christmas.  We do not guarantee delivery times and refunds will not be offered for orders that suffer courier delays.

    See below shipping dates over Christmas and New Year.  Please note, 2nd January is a Scottish Bank Holiday so no orders will be shipped on this date.  Furthermore as we will effectively have almost 4 days worth of orders when we return on Friday, please allow a little extra time for orders placed over the New Year period to be shipped.

    Postage, Packing and Insurance

    • in2Detailing offers free Next Day Delivery for all orders over £60 within the UK Mainland.  Orders under £60 will be subject to a carriage charge unless otherwise specified.  Carriage options and prices will be displayed at checkout (please see below for more information on services offered).  Cut off for Mainland UK Next Working Day Delivery is 12pm (Monday to Friday).

    • Our Next Working Day Delivery is applicable Monday to Friday with orders placed on Friday, or after the cut-off on Thursday, due to arrive on Monday.  Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be SHIPPED on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.  We do not currently offer a Saturday delivery option.

    • Our Courier Delivery Service is NOT A GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.  Although couriers deliver over 95% of orders the next working day, we cannot guarantee every order will be received the Next Working Day.  Postal charge refunds will NOT be issued for delays caused by Couriers. 

    • Royal Mail Tracked 48 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a 2 Day Delivery Service.  Please note - THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.  Royal Mail Tracked 24 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a Next Day Delivery Service, again, THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED

    • Orders outside the UK, but within Europe, will be charged a flat rate of £20.00 per order.  WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT SHIPPING TO EUROPE.  Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    • Carriage to Northern Ireland is displayed at checkout and will vary depending of the weight of the order.

    • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed.

    • Carriage cost for all delivery options includes insurance for loss or damage in transit.

    Not as good as a clay bar

    I've been using the heavy pad and I'm sure this does remove some contaminants, but i'm amazed at just how much is picked up when I go over the area again with a clay bar (in2detailing heavy clay bar). I'm hoping by using this first my clay bar will last longer. I won't be buying this again though as it's not really saving me any time. Mothers do a similar product, which I found to be much better.

    This is an amazing product. Used it on my Windows 1st and it was great.
    The handle is great and really comfy to hold.

    Very good indeed

    The Exfoil-Block 2.0 by Carbon Collective is amazing to use. You can achieve good results easily and is its less time consuming than traditional clay barring. I did my whole car using the medium pad (Red) in forty minutes. The results were amazing. It left the car paintwork like glass and ready for glaze/wax. Try it now!!
    Tip: Use a good shampoo mix in two buckets. Leave the block in one bucket and use the other with a mitt to wet the surface prior to using the block. Do a panel at a time and return block to bucket to keep it clean/refreshed. Work around the car. Rinse and feel and see the results.

    Use the heavy pad on your windscreen and medium pad on paintwork. Works best with Garage Therapy One /Shampoo foamed over and use remainder of your bucket wash. Very effective and quick results.
