The chemicalworkz Clay Sponge is special cleaning sponge with a high-tech polymer layer that removes embedded contaminants.

Clay sponges remove tar, resin, asphalt, insect residue and other stubborn residues very easily.

The lifespan of this cleaning sponge is much longer than that of cleaning clay. If dropped it can simply be washed and re-used, unlike traditional clay bars.

Directions:

First wash your car thoroughly, then rinse, but do not let it dry. When using the sponge, you must avoid using solvent-based products, as this will damage your Clay Sponge. Apply a clay lubricant spray to the surface. Now glide the chemicalworkz Clay Sponge over the car without applying excessive pressure to the paint or glass. Make vertical and horizontal movements. Rinse the Clay Sponge regularly with clean water to avoid unwanted scratches. Work on it spot by spot until the paint is smooth. Wash the car again and let it dry.

Tip: Always wash your chemicalworkz Clay Sponge thoroughly with clean water after use. Let it dry and store it away from dust until the next use.

Christmas and New Year Posting Dates

We recommend ordering as early as possible for delivery before Christmas however we expect any orders placed before the 12pm cut-off on Friday 29th December to arrive before Christmas. We do not guarantee delivery times and refunds will not be offered for orders that suffer courier delays.

See below shipping dates over Christmas and New Year. Please note, 2nd January is a Scottish Bank Holiday so no orders will be shipped on this date. Furthermore as we will effectively have almost 4 days worth of orders when we return on Friday, please allow a little extra time for orders placed over the New Year period to be shipped.

in2Detailing offers free Next Day Delivery for all orders over £60 within the UK Mainland. Orders under £60 will be subject to a carriage charge unless otherwise specified.
