We care about our planet and its future. As microfibers are often washed in the same washing machine as your clothes, we made Q2M TowelWash totally bio-degradable and safe for the environment. Not only are there no fragrance or colour additives inside, there are no bad effects on the ecosystem.

GENTLE
High quality microfibers are precious accessories for every detailer, whether pro or enthusiast. They can speed up work without spoiling the overall effect, by leaving blemishes or light scratches. That's why taking good care of them is very important. Q2M TowelWash is a gentle washing liquid for cleaning microfiber towels without affecting their performance.

EFFECTIVE
Only a small amount of Q2M TowelWash is sufficient for a major wash in your washing machine. It deeply cleans the fabric, removing polishing pastes, debris or quartz coating staining.

SUITABLE FOR WOOL
Q2M TowelWash may also be used as a gentle wash for natural wool wash mitts during a hand wash. It helps remove dirt and any contamination build up, thoroughly cleaning the fibres. Always ensure you rinse the mitt after and allow to dry completely.

ADVICE ON APPLICATION:

• Use 50ml for a regular washing machine cycle.
• Use approx. 30ml for 5 litres of hot water during hand washing of wool wash mitts.

PRECAUTIONS

• Skin protection recommended.
• Work ina well-ventilated area.
• Store in a dark, dry and cool place.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Rinse all treated fabrics well.

Christmas and New Year Posting Dates

We recommend ordering as early as possible for delivery before Christmas however we expect any orders placed before the 12pm cut-off on Friday 29th December to arrive before Christmas.  We do not guarantee delivery times and refunds will not be offered for orders that suffer courier delays.

See below shipping dates over Christmas and New Year.  Please note, 2nd January is a Scottish Bank Holiday so no orders will be shipped on this date.  Furthermore as we will effectively have almost 4 days worth of orders when we return on Friday, please allow a little extra time for orders placed over the New Year period to be shipped.

Postage, Packing and Insurance

• in2Detailing offers free Next Day Delivery for all orders over £60 within the UK Mainland.  Orders under £60 will be subject to a carriage charge unless otherwise specified.  Carriage options and prices will be displayed at checkout (please see below for more information on services offered).  Cut off for Mainland UK Next Working Day Delivery is 12pm (Monday to Friday).

• Our Next Working Day Delivery is applicable Monday to Friday with orders placed on Friday, or after the cut-off on Thursday, due to arrive on Monday.  Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be SHIPPED on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.  We do not currently offer a Saturday delivery option.

• Our Courier Delivery Service is NOT A GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.  Although couriers deliver over 95% of orders the next working day, we cannot guarantee every order will be received the Next Working Day.  Postal charge refunds will NOT be issued for delays caused by Couriers. 

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a 2 Day Delivery Service.  Please note - THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.  Royal Mail Tracked 24 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a Next Day Delivery Service, again, THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED

• Orders outside the UK, but within Europe, will be charged a flat rate of £20.00 per order.  WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT SHIPPING TO EUROPE.  Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

• Carriage to Northern Ireland is displayed at checkout and will vary depending of the weight of the order.

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed.

• Carriage cost for all delivery options includes insurance for loss or damage in transit.

• Please ensure you have supplied us with a valid e-mail address so that we can confirm receipt of your order and contact you to assist you in monitoring it's progress.

• If your delivery can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place by your property, please advise us when placing your order and adding the appropriate door number or location in the "special delivery instruction section".
